一、青年千人计划
（一）招聘学科
自然科学（含医学）、工程技术相关学科。
（二）招聘条件
1．年龄不超过40周岁；
2．取得博士学位，并有3年以上海外科研工作经历（业绩特别突出的海外博士可申请破格）；
3．引进后全职来校工作；已经在国内工作的，回国时间应在一年内。
（三）支持措施
1．岗位：教授、博导；
2．薪酬：50万元/年起；
3．补助：国家、省市112.5万元；
4．住房：周转房+住房补贴100万元；
5．经费：国家100-300万元，学校1:1配套；

二、南强青年拔尖人才支持计划
（一）招聘学科
人文艺术、社会科学、自然科学（含医学）、工程技术相关学科。
（二）招聘条件
1．基本条件：具有博士学位；理工医科类人选不超过40周岁，人文社会科学类人选不超过45周岁。
2．人文艺术、社会科学相关学科：（1）国家“青年千人计划”、国家“青年拔尖人才支持计划”、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目或教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目入选者；（2）或学术成就达到上述人才计划、项目入选者相应水平的人文社会科学领域青年人才；（3）或在本学科领域已崭露头角，并取得公认的、有影响力的重大成果，近五年在学术论文、科研项目等方面取得重要学术成就。
3．自然科学（含医学）、工程技术相关学科：（1）国家“青年千人计划”、国家“青年拔尖人才支持计划”、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目或教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目入选者；（2）依托我校申报入选国家“青年千人计划”的引进人才，自动纳入南强青年拔尖人才支持计划，相关待遇不再重复享受。
（三）支持措施
1．岗位：教授、副教授；
2．薪酬：教授50万元/年起、副教授32万元/年起；
3．补助：若符合福建省引进高层次人才评价认定办法（文件详见：http://rsc.xmu.edu.cn/rcxm/list.htm），申报入选后可享受安家补助12.5万元-50万元。
4．住房：周转房+住房补贴100万元；
5．经费：人文学科30-50万元、社会科学&数学50-100万元、理工医科100-300万元；
6．空间：优先保障；
7．招生：倾斜支持。

Talent Recruitment of Xiamen University for National “Thousand Talents Plan” for Young Professionals
1. Academic Areas
Natural Science, Engineering and Medicine.
2. Requirements
1) Shall be under 40 years with natural science, engineering or technology background;
2) Shall have Ph.D. Degree and at least 3 years overseas research experience (candidates with Ph.D. Degree from overseas may be exempt from the latter requirement);
3) Shall work full-time after recruitment; for those who already came back to China, it should be within one year of their return.
3. Support Policies
1) Position: Professor & Ph.D. Supervisor.
2) Salary: 500,000 RMB per year and above.
3) Subsidy: National & Local 1,125,000 RMB.

1. Recruitment Disciplines
Humanities and Arts, Social Science and relevant disciplines, Natural Science, Engineering and Medicine.
2. Recruitment Requirements
1) Doctoral degree; candidates of natural science, engineering and medicine shall be under 40 years old; candidates of humanities and arts, social science and relevant disciplines shall be under 45 years old.
2) Humanities and arts, social science and relevant disciplines: Member of State Pre-eminent Youth Fund, young scholar of Chang Jiang Scholar Program, member of One-thousand Youth Program, member of State Outstanding Youth Fund;or person who cuts a striking figure in his or her field with widely accepted and influential outcome, and has significant research achievements in recent 5 years.
3) Natural science, engineering and medicine: Member of State Pre-eminent Youth Fund, young scholar of Chang Jiang Scholar Program, member of One-thousand Youth Program, member of State Outstanding Youth Fund; the introduced talents who rely on Xiamen University to apply for and awarded by the One-thousand Youth Program will be included into Nanqiang Outstanding Young Talents Plan, without enjoying duplicative support policies.
